These Terms of Service govern your use of CasinoLaunchPad's white label casino platform and related services. By accessing our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Service Agreement

CasinoLaunchPad provides turnkey white label casino solutions including platform access, game integration, payment processing setup, and technical support. Our services are designed for licensed gambling operators or entities pursuing proper licensing.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate an online gambling business in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify your identity and business credentials before activating any services.

2. Licensing Requirements

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary gambling licenses for your target markets. While we provide guidance and support documentation, CasinoLaunchPad does not guarantee license approval.

Operating without proper licensing violates these terms and may result in immediate service termination. We work exclusively with jurisdictions including Curacao, Malta, and other recognized regulatory bodies.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are outlined in your service agreement and billed according to the selected payment schedule. Setup fees are non-refundable once platform customization begins.

  • Monthly platform fees are due on the 1st of each month
  • Revenue share percentages apply to Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR)
  • Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
  • All fees exclude applicable taxes unless specified

4. Platform Usage

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for lawful gambling operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or white label our services without written authorization.

Prohibited activities include: fraudulent transactions, money laundering, underage gambling facilitation, or operating in restricted jurisdictions. We monitor platform usage and maintain the right to audit operations.

5. Intellectual Property

CasinoLaunchPad retains all rights to our platform technology, proprietary software, and documentation. Your casino branding and content remain your property. Game content is licensed separately through provider agreements.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses due to downtime, technical issues, or third-party service failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

CasinoLaunchPad's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for player disputes, regulatory penalties, or losses from your business decisions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, you receive player data exports and have 14 days to migrate operations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Material changes require explicit agreement.
